"Back down Rahlius.." grumbled Lithion. His strong arm gripped his blade out in front of him. Its point inches from the throat of Rahlius Bone, a sinister dark elf. "Im just passing through. On my way to the Nevlenlands.." grumbled Lithion again.
"and why shouldn't I slay you before you get there, Shadowcrest? Hmm? You were a such a great hunter yet, for some reason you, "turned over a new leaf" I guess? No. Tonight you return or die." responded Rahlius with a short cackle. His dark leather armour could barely be seen in the pale moonlight.
"I'll give you one more chance to leave..." argued Lithion. His patience had run out and his temper was rising. He moved his other hand to his swords hilt and gripped it tightly.

"We have no room for traitors. Plus, If we let you live how does that make us look? Your one of them now Lithion and that makes you an enemy. Your out numbered." responded Rahlius. His face now stern and sinister. He gave a erie whistle as if calling for back up.

Gatani floated into the secret clearing. He was rather grim today as the Black Orchid had not yet blossomed. He floated towards the pair, knowing he was already a spirit and could not be hurt. "Well well Rahlius, I see you have done a great job guarding the borders. Shadowcrest, long time no see, hmm?" he questioned sarcsaticly. He floated through the two, sendin his saddness into them, weakening their souls.

Lithion felt the sudden sense of despair arrive and leave his body. He winced slightly. The passing through did nothing more than jubilate Rahlius and bring a smile to his face. "Lithion, You can't pass through here like you own the place anymore. You may have been top dog, but, sorry kiddo, not anymore. " said Rahlius as he reached to his back and whipped out a long and slender blade.

Gatani cackled at his wince, but did not like to be ignored. He jumped into Lithions body. He tugged his paws at his soul, attempting to turn it to the dark side. But Gatani never had attempted this before and was pushed out by Lithions original spirit. He jumped back and howled a gruesome song. He was frustrated now. Very frustrated.

"Back off Gatani. I know you tricks and schemes. They won't work on me." Lithion responded with anger. "Both of you, out of my way..or else" he said as he readied his sword once more.

"Or else what, you filthy piece of scum!" Gatani screamed. He gave one of his ghostly moans and began to circle Lithion. "Whatcha gonna do to me? Whatcha gonna do? Nothing! Because I'm alredy dead!" he howled.

Lithion smirked and rested his blade on his shoulder. "Rahlius, Do you really want this?..Shove aside.." Lithion walked forward and, with his shoulder, shoved Rahlius out of the way. Rahlius kept his back turned as an angry grimace crawled upon his face. "Head on back to that scum Shadowcrest. The time is drawing near. Your world will fall and you will pay for your act of turncoat.." growled Rahlius. Lithion said not a word as he exited the moonlit clearing and headed onward.
"Gatani..Lets head back. Im sure the boys'll want to know all about this.." grumbled Rahlius as he jammed his blade back into its holster.
